Formerly located on the corner of Walnut Street and 17th Street (former location of Mother Bear's north). Served Chinese and Mongolian barbecue cuisine.

American Chopstick closed down in June 2006. A sign in the window advertised the sale of the Chopstick as a turnkey restaurant business. It is now up and running as the Nomad Buffet.
