Talk:Tom Donohue

From Bloomingpedia

If anyone has a picture of Tom or a good biography of him, please post it here. I talked with him a few times and knew a little bit about him, but it is just memories. So the information needs to be verified. --Mark Krenz

Name mispelled

I came across two different spellings of Tom's last name: "Donahue" and "Donohue". After poking around quite a bit, it appears that it was really "Donohue" and "Donahue" is a common misconception. So, I've fixed it and left the redirect with "Donahue" in place. -Chrobb 19:23, 4 March 2006 (GMT)

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=957714 has a nice picture of him. Maybe someone could ask nice and get a copy.

BTW, Tom appeared (fictitiously, in that Kerouac kinda-sorta way) in my first book, Summer Rain, and I always kick myself that I never actually told him about it. When the second editon came out, after he passed, I dedicated it to him. --Jkonrath 14:38, 7 June 2006 (EDT)

Kinda grizzled longhaired guy? I think he was my roommate briefly in the late 70's. According to mike.whybark.com, there's a portrait of him in Bloomington, somewhere.
