- I agree, so having it outside may help. I don't know. Having it next to Farmer's Market won't work year round, so we shouldn't say that we will always have it there. We could also have a meeting room somewhere that we can setup laptops in to enter information or meet at someplace like Bakehouse for doing that. The one thing I'm not sure about is the format of the meeting. I thought we could maybe make a list of suggestions for information or pictures the site needs and make it a kind of scavenger hunt.
