Downtown office

Chase is a global bank that has a 5 branches in Bloomington. The branches in Bloomington were previously called Bank One until they where bought out by J.P. Morgan Chase on July 1, 2004. The signs on all the branches in Bloomington changed very soon after the acquisition.

At the end of 2007 Chase sold the downtown building to CFC, and leased the bottom floor back from them. New upstairs tenants include the Hylant Group and the Indiana Business Research Center.
