Cardinal Spirits is a craft distillery in Bloomington, that makes award-winning vodkas, gins, rums, liqueurs, and canned cocktails, and distributes them in 12 states and Washington, D.C. Everything they use to distill and flavor their award-winning spirits are real-deal botanicals, fruits, and spices — they never use bottled extracts or flavorings — and they source local ingredients like grains and honey and walnuts whenever possible. At their distillery, they have a tasting room, cocktail bar, and restaurant, and they offer distillery tours, too. The restaurant and bar offers cocktails and food from Wednesdays-Saturdays. The beautiful patio is among the best in Bloomington, overlooking the B-Line Trail walking and biking path.
