Talk:New buildings since 1995

Concept

This article is a bit unorganized right now. The idea is to show the huge growth of Bloomington in the past 15 years or so. I think there are actually way more than 100 new buildings even, but 80 is a good start. Hopefully this article will provide ideas for what people can make new articles for and also help determine what the names of these buildings should be. Perhaps just their address as an article would be enough. I think also to keep it orgnized, it will need to be subdivided into townships or quadrants. -- Mark 13:02, 29 May 2008 (EDT)

If you count housing developments it's surely several hundred if not thousands, but let's not start writing an article for every single house. We could get the GIS layers of aerial photos over the years from the geological survey and actually count them; they also have at least one or two map whiz kids over there who could probably get a computer program to tell us where the new buildings are. Also could get the info from the city planning dept. This gives me some ideas... -- RossD 01:21, 12 June 2008 (EDT)
