The Big Rename

Looks like we're about to have a bunch of renames here.

I think the renames will be:

• Jordan Hall -> Biology Building
• Jordan Avenue Parking Garage -> East Parking Garage
• Jordan River -> Campus River
• Jordan Avenue -> ??? (IU has to work with the city on this)

And then all of these will be renamed again when someone shows up with a big check.

This news just came out yesterday, and I'm not sure when things will be physically changed, so I'm not making any changes yet.
