Validity

I'd like to challenge the validity of the information in this article and call for the author to cite sources. I wasn't able to find any mention of 710 2nd Street in the HT online archives. Nor any mention of Nick Durgess or Andrew Beckley. Although this is not enough to prove that your claims are false, police reports of the nature described are quite often mentioned with an address in newspaper articles. I did some similar searches and came up with nothing. I created a new template to flag articles that are shaky at the top so it's clear to people reading them that the information appears to be fishy. This, like a few other houses we've seen documented, smells like some students with some time on their hands and a sense of humor. -Chrobb 21:50, 16 April 2007 (EDT)
