NAPA Auto Parts
NAPA Auto Parts is a medium-sized franchise of the national chain at the southwest corner of Walnut Street and 3rd Street. The current location was built in 1997 and replaced a smaller store at 314 W. Kirkwood Avenue. It has 5,600 square feet of space under roof, with warehouse storage in the rear and a sales area in the front.
The store is owned by Craig Fuson, while Larry Davis, had owned the property, as well as the former Bloomington Tire Company.
In 2006 two acres of ground including Napa, Bloomington Tire Company, and Lee's Martial Arts Studio was bought by Peter Dvorak and Pinnacle Properties, in partnership with the Kite Realty Group, at a price of $2.35 million.
