Framemakers is a framing business that provides a full line of custom framing services, including custom cut wood and aluminum frames, archival matting & backing materials, CNC mat cutting, and a full line of glazing products to enhance and protect artwork. They have an experienced, well trained, creative staff to guide the customer in choosing the materials to enhance the art as well as the space it will reside.

They also provide very competitive pricing. Often much better than can be had at the national "Big Box" retailers. Framemakers was first started in Bloomington in 1976. The business was owned by a few partners but soon sold out to the current owner. The original location was on College Avenue where the currently standing there is a hotel and parking garage.

Locations

Framemakers is locally owned and is open year round Monday - Friday 9 Am to 6 Pm and Saturday from 9 Am to 5 Pm , Sundays are closed. Framemakers currently has two locations here in Bloomington, Downtown at 314 W. Kirkwood Avenue and on the Eastside at 616 College Mall Road.
