College Park at Campus Corner is the name of the apartment complex at the corner of Clarizz Boulevard and Covenanter Drive. Its formal address is 1150 Clarizz Blvd. It has more than 250 apartments.
The apartments were built in 1997 by Capstone Development Corp. of Birmingham, Ala. Formerly known as University Commons, the apartments were sold to College Park Communities of Newtown Square, Pa. in 2006 for roughly $28 million.
