The Basil Leaf offered a variety of Asian and Asian inspired dishes from Pad Thai, to Pho, to the Basil Fusion.

Tuesday through Saturday, there used to be a lunch buffet. As of early 2009, the Lunch Express featured a limited menu of noodle dishes, pho, and other specialties, including a soup or salad and a spring roll for $5.95. Orders were placed at the counter and tables were seat-yourself, either inside or outside on the small front porch.

The dinner menu was reasonable priced, with dishes ranging from $6.50 to $14.00. It contains appetizers, soups, salads, stir frys, noodle dishes, curries, and a chef's choice/Asian fusion section. There was also a wine list which includes sake.

It was located on 4th Street near Grant Street In between Casablanca Cafe and the International Market and across the street from Anatolia.
