This is a wooded lot with commercial building/residence located close to Lake Monroe. It includes gas pumps.
The lot is about 1 acre and was originally "A great big hole" according to Barbara Shedd. Richard Shedd used over 10,000 yards of fill dirt to build up the lot so that it could support a building next to the road. The lot still sits about 10 feet or more below the road's surface and there is a steep entrance into the parking lot there.
