115 S. Walnut Street is a brick two-story building. After renovations in 2006 it was named the Baker Building.
In 2005 Richland Development Group Inc. of Bloomington sold the property to Alley Bar Properties of Bloomington for $310,000. They put in new steel beams and columns. Mike Machango and decorator Diana Crider of Chameleon Interiors also worked on the renovation.
