110 S. Washington Street is a small building across from the First Christian Church. It is currently used by the Shalom Community Center as a meeting space. Before that, it was headquarters to the Democratic Party for the 2006 elections, and the Sera-Tec Plasma Center.

In 2004, the property, along with its sister building at 108 S. Washington Street, was sold by Van Hoy Properties LLC of Bloomington to James Regester for $350,000. Regester later sold the entire quarter-block to Walnut Street Development (Finelight) for $1,000,000.
