Owen?
According to images found here [1] this appears to be the Owen County Courthouse in Spencer. Since Spencer is part of the Bloomington Metro Area I suppose this makes it legitimate Bloomingpedia trivia!! I still don't know who the hand grenade guy is, but I presume it is a memorial to those who served in The Great War. --BirdieGalyan 12:39, 6 August 2008 (EDT)
