Thomas Middleton

Dr. Thomas Middleton (b. 1916, d. 1988) was a physician and community leader in Bloomington.

He was a 1990 inductee into the Monroe County Hall of Fame on which his plaque reads "Honors (Post-1946) City Council member and physician who was involved with a number of social service projects and organizations including Head Start, Stonebelt Council for Retarded Citizens, Public Health Nurses Association and the Well Baby Clinic."
